Welcome to our B&B.
We are a spacious, comfortable family home with Award-winning B&B accommodation
situated in the Chiltern Hills village of Flackwell Heath just 2 miles east of High Wycombe, 3 miles from
Marlow and 12 miles from Henley-on-Thames. We are well-placed for easy access to London and Heathrow Airport, the M4
and M25 motorways, Junction 3 of the M40 is within one mile, and conveniently located to many local towns including
Bourne End, Beaconsfield, Cookham, Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough, Reading and Oxford.
The beautiful countryside along the River Thames is within 2 miles.
Flackwell Heath has a variety of pubs (the village alone boasts six!) and restaurants
where you can grab lunch/evening meal within walking distance and nearby Bourne End has a wider selection
of restaurants and riverside pubs.
If you are a business traveller, we are conveniently placed for travel to Marlow Globe Park, High Wycombe Cressex
Business Park, Slough Trading Estate and various business centres around Bourne End, Loudwater, Cookham, Wooburn
Green and Maidenhead.

We have two guest rooms; a twin-bedded room and
a single room on the first floor with private bath/shower facilities. Each room has freeview/ DVD/LCD
colour TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, a full set of towels and bathrobes.
Wifi high speed internet connection available.
Whenever possible, we prefer to obtain all our bacon, eggs and sausages
from the local farms, and our jams and marmalade are mostly home-made.
There is off-road parking, a pleasant garden where you can unwind when the
weather is kind and where red-kite can often be seen circling and swooping the skies above.
During the week, a luxury continental style breakfast is served in
the dining room between 7.30 - 9.00 am. This will consist of a selection of cereals, followed by your choice
from the breakfast menu which may consist of a freshly made fruit salad or scrambled eggs, or eggs anyway you like
best, toast or croissant, fruit juice and tea/coffee. (Please refer to Longforgan Breakfast Menu page for more information).
If you prefer, this can be pre-ordered and delivered to your room at a time to suit you. A full English breakfast is
also available upon request in the dining room at £4.00 per person. A full English breakfast is also available
at the weekend for no extra charge.
We look forward to making your stay as comfortable as we can. Longforgan offers a relaxed, friendly
and non-smoking environment with a homely touch.
It is said that the Chiltern Hills are the spiritual heart of England.... utterly mad and utterly heart-warming
- and most probably true!
