Rates/Amenities

The following room rates apply for 2010. A non-refundable deposit of £20 per room is required for advance bookings. The balance is payable on day of departure either before or promptly following breakfast. Payment to be made by cash, Paypal or credit card (plus 2% handling fee) and debit card (plus 1% handling fee), Company Credit Card (£5 handling fee), Travellers Cheques.

Single Occupancy Room Rate

Single (Private Bath/Shower) £40

Twin (Ensuite Shower) £45

Double (Private Shower) £45

Please note there is a supplement of £5.00 per person for stays of ONE NIGHT only

Cancellation:

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice should you have to cancel. If we receive less than 48 hours notice but more than 24 hours, the first night stay is payable at the full rate per room. If we receive less than 24 hours notice, the first and second night stay is payable at the full rate per room. Please advise as soon as possible should you have to cancel as rooms are often re-booked in which case there will be no further charge.

Double Occupancy Room Rate

Twin (Ensuite Shower) £60

Double (Private Shower) £55

An overnight child bed can be placed in either the Double or Twin Room for £20 per night.
